HI is an independent and impartial aid organisation working in situations of poverty and exclusion, conflict and disaster. HI works alongside people with disabilities and vulnerable populations, taking action and bearing witness in order to respond to their essential needs, improve their living conditions and promote respect for their dignity and fundamental rights.

CHIAS’ mission is to eradicate stigmatization and discrimination of key population, marginalized communities and hard to reach group such as People Living with Diseased including People Living with HIV( PLHIV), TB and Malaria, LGBTI, sex workers, Mobile and migrant population, Forest goer and Ethnic group. The organization aims to do so by contributing to the improvement of these groups’ access to health care services, social support and community advocacy.
